The Partysquad
Supreme Sound Selectors, without a doubt Holland's hottest dj team
As a two man crew Jerry (DJ) and Ruben (host/mc) have rocked almost every spot and venue possible. Whether it's the Amsterdam Arena filled with 30.000 people or an intimate residency, they'll move the crowd regardless. The entrepreneurs, who are also CEO's of a successful entertainment & production agency, started playing together back in '99 in the legendary Club Margaritas which was based in the heart of Amsterdam city. Ever since then it's almost impossible to imagine a Dutch club scene without these two entertainers.

After hitting the Dutch scene with numerous mix cd's, parties and dj-sets they started to broaden their horizon and went international. As regulars in Portuguese and Spanish clubs and with gigs in Marocco, Turkey, Curacao, Surinam, the U.K. and other countries they just proceed doing what they were used to do back home; rocking crowds!
Next to playing in the clubs, they also provide earcandy for their crowd; many floorfillers are their own production and came out of their very own hitfactory; "The GL (Goodlife) studio". Since the release of their first single in 2005 they have had many songs hitting the dutch charts. Every video they did has been supervideo (superclip) on dutch music television! (check the factslist for titles).
Also, Jerry and Ruben have received numerous awards for their work; urban awards (former mobo’s), TMF awards, Grote prijs van Nederland (grand prize of Holland) and more.
The Partysquad always has the right ingredients for the party; they adjust to the present crowd and because of their diverse way of playing in combination with the right vocal input, they really can rock almost every crowd anywhere. Although the roots of the 2-man band lay in the more hiphop orientated music, nowadays their sets include more styles and their style may be described as ‘eclectic’. The music varies from Hiphop/R&B and dancehall to Baile funk and House. Bottom line; you never know what to expect except for one thing; the dancefloor will be filled continuously!
